About Paula Spizziri
Performance Improvement Consultant
Paula Spizziri has over 20 years’ experience in human resources performance improvement in the healthcare and finance industries. Her goal is to help local employers have access to the same high caliber of training and development services as the larger organizations she’s worked for. Paula’s expertise focuses on the design of instruction and applications of personality type — using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) — to enhance professional performance and foster personal growth. She is known for being creative and insightful, and is a dynamic facilitator.
Paula is past president of the Boston Area Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type and also served as its VP of Programming. She currently serves on the Malden Access Television board of directors and the Malden Cultural Council.
Paula holds a B.S. in Psychology from Tufts University and a Masters in Education (Human Resource Education) from Boston University.
